Mr. Robson is a seasoned executive in the Securities Industry. He is well versed in the areas of Corporate Finance, Compliance and Complaint Initiated, Regulatory/Statutory investigations and Due Diligence procedures, for the securities and related industries. Mr. Robson is familiar with all aspects of both private and public company corporate management as well as Credit and Risk Management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Reverse Takeovers. Mr. Robson has the facility to use this expertise in a manner that ensures compliance with security regulations and facilitates transactions and corporate governance that contribute to the bottom line.

HARDY FORZLEY - Director & CFO

Mr. Forzley is a Chartered Accountant who for over 20 years has been involved in the building of numerous companies in the mining sector, most notably, Continental Gold Corp., which was sold to a major mining concern and El Condor Resources, also sold to an intermediate mining company with both companies generating substantial returns to their respective shareholders. Mr. Forzley currently acts as a special advisor to a private manufacturing concern in Mainland China, and is Chief financial Officer of Sonora Gold Corp. (tsx.v: SGG) and S2C Global Systems.

FRANK MARASCO - Director

Mr. Marasco is the founder of publicly listed West High Yield Resources and WaveForm Energy Oil & Gas Company. He is also currently President & Director of Big Mountain Development Corp. Ltd., of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and a Director of Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. Mr. Marasco provides strategic management skills and is experienced in financing matters.
