BILL JANSEN - Director

Mr. Jansen, a business consultant, has over 30 years experience in marketing and sales management most notably as national sales manager and optical specialist for Nikon Optical Canada. After having entered the optical industry at the age of eighteen, his expertise focused on the marketing strategies surrounding the introduction of new products. Also amongst his credentials is the marketing introduction of specialty eyeglass lens products to the North American markets, as well as the establishment of its market pricing structure. Throughout this time Mr. Jansen also gained valuable foreign experience with manufacturing, design, and foreign relations. Within OSBI, Mr. Jansen will use his expertise in establishing marketing programs and sales force strategies, as well as overseeing the development of a distributor network.

CARL RANNO - Director

Mr. Ranno has been a US securities attorney to numerous public companies and has been an advisor in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions. He has served as president and CEO of public and private companies. Mr. Ranno received a degree in Economics from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law. Mr. Ranno is a Director and CEO of publicly listed American Soil Technologies. In addition, he has acted as an advisor in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and as a securities attorney to numerous public companies over a thirty-year career. He has also served as president and CEO of public and private companies.
